Gratitude
I am extremely grateful that people took the time to write a review, that people who had a treatment with me felt strongly enough to review. It makes me smile, and mostly I’m grateful for being able to offer clients the ability to feel more positive emotions, that they can relish good experiences, improve their health, mood and spirit.
I would love to continue with treatments and therapy, and spread a little spirt, there is much to feel grateful for, and I do feel extremely blessed to work with such amazing clients that come my way.

April reflections
As I write this in the aftermath of a socially distanced outdoor gathering, where a small group of friends have been allowed to get together. The build-up and anticipation of meeting was so lovely, we all so easily recognised how much we had missed not being in each other’s company – but its more than that it was simply being able to connect!
