Reflecting on brand building as a marketeer… and what is your why?

I have often thought about and guided clients to work on creating their own personal mission statement.

Companies share their mission statements, and you should be no different. Employees are the most important audience for the corporate mission statement because they will need to “walk the talk,” so it needs to resonate with them when it is created.

Develop a personal statement that resonates with you.

We are often seeking our purpose in life, many of the guided meditations work through this and Past Life Regression is a great technique in uncovering purpose, passion and motivating us to have a positive impact – we want to be more satisfied in our everyday lives and to do this uncover our core values…

By creating your own personal mission statement – you look within to consider and combine all your values and passion into just a couple sentences. Provide a little direction and personal goal setting and keep referring to your statement in times of motivation.

Personally, I resonate with this statement in motivation to make a mission statement. "Outstanding people have one thing in common: an absolute sense of mission." Zig Ziglar

What does Brené Brown say about values?
“A value is a way of being or believing that you hold most important. Living into our values means we do more than profess our values, we practice them. We walk our talk. We are clear about what we believe and hold important, and we take care that our intentions, words, thoughts and behaviours align with those beliefs”.

My Personal Mission Statement:
What I value most in my life is quality of what I take part in, I strive and feel rewarded by pouring effectiveness into practice, living up to my potential, developing and nurturing quality relationships, so that I create inner harmony for myself and for others.
