There's no right or wrong way to explore these resources. You might:

The most important thing? Just begin. Even five minutes of meditation can shift your energy, calm your mind, and reconnect you with your centre.
A Note on Practice
Meditation isn't about doing it perfectly. It's not about emptying your mind completely or achieving some blissed-out state every single time. It's about showing up, being present, and gently guiding yourself back when your mind wanders (which it will - that's completely normal and part of the practice).
Some days meditation will feel easy and peaceful. Other days it will feel like wrestling with a thousand racing thoughts. Both are valuable. Both are teaching you something. The practice is in the returning - again and again - to your breath, your intention, your centre.
Be patient with yourself. Be gentle. Trust that each time you sit down to meditate, you're doing something powerful for your mind, body, and spirit - even when it doesn't feel like it.
