Ready to see energy for yourself? Here's a simple exercise anyone can do:
The Fingertip Light Exercise:
Find a quiet space with soft lighting
Sit comfortably and take a few deep breaths to centre yourself
Gently rub your palms together for 10-15 seconds to activate the energy
Hold your hands in front of you, palms facing each other, fingers pointing toward each other but not touching
Very slowly move your fingers apart horizontally while focusing entirely on the fingertips
Allow your eyes to soften—don't strain or stare
With practice, you'll begin to see what looks like beams of light extending from your fingertips. These beams will seem to interact and connect between your hands. Some people see this immediately, others need several attempts. Be patient with yourself.
The Seven Layers of Colour Around You
Your aura consists of multiple layers, each with its own colour and meaning:

Basic Partner Exercise:
Have a friend stand about two feet in front of a neutral wall
Instead of looking AT them, look THROUGH them toward the wall
Allow your gaze to soften and your peripheral vision to expand
Mentally ask their aura to reveal itself to you
Notice any shimmer, colour, or energy impressions around their body
