Reiki promotes a deeply relaxed state using a gentle yet powerful form, touch is soft and light and mostly hands off, I channel a form of energy to activate, promote and accelerate the natural healing process.
Ultimately energy is shifted and manipulated to improve our mindset as well as how we feel physically, sometimes connecting souls and spiritual journeying. Restoring the body's natural energy flow, an intelligent force, that can help you on many levels. Reiki therapy gives you what you need at the time, whether it's a release of tension, an energy boost, understanding a bit more about yourself and/ or spiritual development. The highest level of healing is the goal of Reiki and can only bring positive results. If you are drained of energy or have energy blockages, Reiki will revive you. Every treatment programme is tailored to you, following consultation. I tend to use a combination of treatments for the maximum effect working with chakras and aura healing.
