After a nourishing breakfast in our sharing circle, you'll have a personalised energy consultation with Nici to explore your thought patterns in a non-judgmental space where your anxiety is truly understood.


We'll explore how your mind creates loops to protect you through our workshop on Trauma and Thought Patterns, understanding why traditional "positive thinking" isn't enough. Your workbook is introduced as your guide to breaking free from mental overwhelm.

Through the ancient Hatsurei Ho practice, your busy mind will find its natural resting place. Combining Hatsurei Ho, an advanced Japanese Reiki technique that serves as a complete spiritual practice, combining cleansing, meditation, and energy connection into one powerful sequence. Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to do all three retreats?
Not at all! Each retreat is complete on its own. Choose based on what's calling to you most right now. Many people start with one and decide to continue with the others.

In what order should I do them?
There's no required order - trust your intuition. Some start with Body (physical symptoms), others with Mind (anxiety/stress), others with Soul (feeling lost). Follow what feels most urgent for you.

How far apart are the retreats?
A retreat runs on a monthly cycle to allow for your 21 days support. You can do them consecutively or space them out over several months as feels right for your journey. You can also book your own retreat at a time that suits you and even hold them as a 121.

What should I bring or wear?
Comfortable, loose clothing. We provide everything else - workbook, refreshments, and all materials. Just bring yourself and an open heart.

What if I'm new to energy healing?
Perfect! Each retreat is designed for all levels with clear explanations and gentle guidance. You don't need any previous experience.

What if I'm worried about being triggered?
All retreats are trauma-informed and body-led. You're always in control, we work at your pace, and the small group size ensures personalised support throughout.

Can I bring a friend?
Yes! Many people find it supportive to journey with a trusted friend. With only 3 spots per retreat, you're welcome to book together.
