With Reiki, I channel a form of energy by means of touch to activate, promote and accelerate the natural healing process and restore physical and emotional wellbeing. Balance chakras to harmonise the energy, the energy flows where it’s needed the most. You may experience deep relaxation and calm, enhanced self-awareness mind body and spirit, improved tolerance to stress and encouraged concentration - reiki can expand your creative ability and your confidence and generally promote positivity.

Every treatment programme is tailored to you, following consultation. I tend to use a combination of treatments for the maximum effect. Every Reiki treatment is different, you may sense warmth, tingling, peace, see vivid colours.

I channel energy through my hands as an intention to heal so you may simply just relax.

We will use the initial consultation to discuss some of the reasons as to why you are seeking therapy and what you are hoping to gain from the experience, this allows us to engage in a collaborative relationship and provides the opportunity to develop a connection, someone you feel comfortable around, so that we can conduct the professional therapy. But it offers the chance to understand a bit more on the benefits of feeling better and working through stresses or health concerns. I will fully explain all the procedures involved in the treatment plan, including client records, likely content, length and number of follow-up treatments, fees.
All new treatments will require consultation prior, you can do this in advance, communicating via phone, email, we will run through the consultation before your first treatment takes place.
