Some people stumble into their calling. I chased mine through lifetimes.
How My Journey Began, Some people stumble into their calling. I chased mine through lifetimes.
It started with a simple fascination: What if we could feel better—truly, deeply better—than we've been taught to believe is possible? That question became my compass, leading me down paths I didn't yet have names for.
I was the child drawn to ancient wisdom like a moth to flame. Tarot cards whispered secrets. Greek myths felt like memories. Egyptian symbolism made my hands tingle. Buddhism, meditation, guardian angels, dream interpretation—I devoured it all with the hunger of someone remembering rather than learning. I drew constantly, felt everything intensely, studied endlessly. I was forever inquisitive, forever seeking the invisible threads connecting it all.
Looking back, the signs were always there: I found solace in listening deeply, trusting the quiet voice of intuition, sensing solutions before logic could catch up. I was a natural fixer, yes—but more than that, I carried a soulful longing to make things greater, to elevate whatever I touched. Healing and helping others wasn't something I chose—it was woven into the fabric of who I've always been.
The Corporate Disguise
For years, I channelled this gift through what looked like a conventional career. As a professional designer, Chartered Marketer, communicator, and international event creator, my purpose was always the same: find solutions, help people connect, craft messages that landed in hearts, not just minds.
I was good at it. Successful, even. But beneath the professional achievements, something restless stirred. My soul knew there was more—a deeper way to serve, a more profound level of connection, a healing that went beyond clever messaging and beautiful design.
So I kept studying. Energy healing. Bodywork. Spiritual traditions from around the world. I soaked up knowledge the way desert sand drinks rain—desperate, grateful, never quite satisfied.
And slowly, through all that seeking, a truth crystallized: my soul mission was—has always been—to facilitate healing, awakening, and spiritual expansion.
The Unfolding
Reiki became my anchor, the practice that centered everything else. But I've never been someone who believes one modality holds all the answers. I trust intuition too much for that. I feel subtle energies too keenly. I've seen too many paths lead to healing to believe there's only one way home.
What matters to me is bringing forward the precise combination of therapies that you need—not what worked for someone else, not what's trendy, but what your energy is asking for. That requires deep listening, strong intuition, and the willingness to read even the most whisper-quiet signals your body sends.
Because every person who walks into Reiki Divine Therapy deserves treatment as unique as they are.
The Deeper Remembering
Through profound work with the Akashic Records, past life regression, and life-between-lives exploration, I discovered what my soul already knew: I've been a healer across multiple incarnations. Some lifetimes were graceful. Others? Let's just say there were a few grisly challenges along the way (witch trials aren't great for longevity, it turns out).
I also uncovered my connection to Mintaken—a lineage of souls recognised for their spiritual wisdom and ethereal grace. Mintakens are seen as ancient souls, guardians of light, channelling cosmic energy to nurture spiritual growth and healing on Earth.
I don't share this to sound mystical or special. I share it because your soul has a history too. And when healing calls you—whether as a client seeking treatment or a student drawn to training—it's rarely the first time you've answered.
The Evolution Continues
Even as I built a thriving practice as a full-time energy healer, I felt the pull to offer more. To reach deeper. To address not just the energetic body but the physical structure holding it all together.
That's when Spinal Flow Technique© found me—a revolutionary approach combining philosophy, neuroscience, and intentional touch. By awakening the spinal wave and facilitating energy movement through the body, we release blockages in the nervous system, freeing the spine from patterns of stuck stress that manifest as pain, illness, and dis-ease.
Because your body's energy tells a story. And it's constantly trying to talk to you.
Every symptom, every ache, every moment of dis-ease is communication. My work—whether through Reiki Divine sessions, Spinal Flow, or the integration of multiple modalities—focuses on your body as a whole system, seeking the root cause of what's interfering with your mind, body, health, and spirit.
The Birth of the Retreats
But here's what I discovered: profound as one-to-one sessions are, there's something uniquely powerful about immersive healing. About stepping away from ordinary life into a sacred container designed specifically for transformation.
That's why I created The Path to Self-Healing Retreat Series—three intimate, deeply personal one-day journeys that work with the body, mind, and soul individually, giving each the focused attention it deserves.
When Your Body Keeps the Score - Physical release, understanding trauma stored in tissues, awakening your body's innate healing intelligence through Spinal Flow and Reiki.
When Your Mind Keeps the Score - Mental liberation, breaking thought loops, finding the pause between stimulus and response, reclaiming peace.
When Your Soul Keeps the Score - Spiritual awakening, discovering your soul's purpose and blueprint, remembering who you truly are beneath the conditioning.
Each retreat is limited to just three participants—because real transformation doesn't happen in crowds. It happens in sacred space, with individualised attention, where your nervous system finally feels safe enough to let go.
The retreats complement Reiki training beautifully. Many students experience a therapy session first, feel the profound shifts, and then feel called to learn these techniques themselves. Others complete their Reiki training and attend retreats to deepen their own healing journey. There's no prescribed order—just trust what calls you when.
Living the Practice
I don't just teach Reiki and facilitate healing sessions. I live this work. Daily meditation. Regular self-treatment. Continuous spiritual development. Walking the path I invite others to explore.
Because I believe deeply that we can only guide others as far as we've been willing to go ourselves. Every tool I teach, every technique I offer, every meditation I guide—I've used it, tested it, lived it, been transformed by it.
This isn't theory. It's not something I learned from books and now recite. This is lived wisdom, earned through years of practice, study, and the humility to keep learning.
The Thread That Connects It All
Whether you come to Reiki Divine Therapy for a healing session, Spinal Flow treatment, Past Life Regression, 111 Therapy, which is a really popular package, one of the intimate retreats, or Reiki training—the thread that connects everything is this:
Your spiritual journey continuously evolves. Mine does too.
I encourage positive change. I help individuals connect with their true selves through divine insights. I hold space for transformation without attachment to what that transformation should look like.
Because healing isn't one-size-fits-all. Your path is yours. Your pace is sacred. Your unfolding is perfect, even when it doesn't feel that way.
My role? To be the steady presence, the clear channel, the experienced guide who's walked through her own darkness and emerged remembering: we are all capable of profound healing when we're given the right conditions, tools, and support.
Every Reiki Divine experience is as unique as you are—because you deserve nothing less.
Whether you're drawn to one-to-one healing, the immersive retreat experience, or learning Reiki yourself, know that you're not here by accident. Your soul remembers something. Trust that knowing.
